There is new playground equipment at the ballpark in Vienna, Illinois, to honor the memory of a Goreville teenager who lost his life in a car accident in 2020. Brayden King, 17, played baseball and basketball at Goreville High School.

ULLIN, IL (March 8, 2023) - Shawnee Community College announced today that it has earned the 2023-2024 Military Friendly ® School designation. Institutions earning the Military Friendly ® School designation were evaluated using public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey.
